In march of this year I broke my tibia and hurt my pcl, as of right now I can only squat down to where my thighs are maybe 10 degrees of being parallel with the floor. Im working on my knee flexibility but I dont know how long before I get full range back. I have been doing leg extensions to get full range of at least my quads, but is there anything else to do or is that ok?

Did you go through rehab for this? What did the PT tell you? If not, seek out a sports med doc.

Do what you can at this point, but the bigger issue is making sure you are working that flexibility like you should.

I diddnt go to pt because I was out of work and uninsured. I did see a sports medicine doctor though, and I do my exercises he told me and its getting much better. Ive been a little light on my squats also to get it back into shape.
