I'm a powerlifter that drinks a ton of milk everyday. I've heard the sugars in milk for some reason cause you to bloat in your mid section. I have a decent size back and I've noticed that V taper is being gayed up by love handles. I'm not fat and am probably skinny by powerlifting standards. As of late since I've actually been loosing weight in general due to not eating enough and supplementing meals with milk. I'm thinking about giving up or cutting down on the milk to see if this goes away. Think it will help or should I keep the milk? There is no reason my lower back should look like this... I specialise in deadlift and do rows all the time and I never wear I belt.
