Those are some impressive Quadriceps nice work. Keep cutting and you look great.

Do you play the trombone? I used to play that as well its a hard instrument to learn and play but well worth time time invested, I wish I didn't give it up, I hate being a quitter.

Your legs are going to look relatively insane when you cut down to 180.

that's good man. there's absolutely no point in carrying around all that extra bodyfat.

Lower than 180. Possibly 169... Do you think i am carrying enough fat to get that light?

Too true. Messes up my technique and i am so much faster off the floor. My strength is down but my speed has doubled. Snatches fly up. And even though some won't admit it.:) we all want to look good naked.

Impressive quads. Oly squats really do the damage, even I've discovered that and I used to have stick legs.

Just out of curiosity, how do you find oly lifting for upper body hypertrophy?

Your legs make me want to vomit. Good work!
Also, I don't think you're carrying enough fat to get down to 169 without losing a ton of muscle. Also you would need an entirely new wardrobe!

you'd be ****ing chiseled at 169..

but I don't think that would happen without the water manipulation of a pre-contest diet..

I'd say 175-180ish would be real good.. you're 206 now?

Your quads are legendary. You're no bodybuilder as of course your legs far surpass your upper body development (though you're getting a nice v taper there). I doubt you care about that. But seriously. Those legs. Damn. No homo, btw.

I do care, I will explain more later but it was mart of my goals to fix up the imbalancements in the next year and bring my upper body in par, for performance and to feel good about my body.

I'm thinking another 20 pounds should have you pretty lean, flat stomach and some vascularity in the arms and legs.

Lookin freakin good man, another 15-20 pounds and you'll look awesome. I'm sure it helps greatly in your flexability and generally in being a better athlete

Good luck. If you can bring your upper body into balance with your legs you will be a real beast.

Fuzzy, your legs look great. Your upper body needs work. I don't mean that in a negative way, you just don't do anything that works it to any significant degree. Why not incorporate some Olympic pressing into your routine? I know you want to be an Olympic lifter, but including some pressing would not harm that goal, eh?

That's the plan Chris, I am hsving 2-3 volume sessions after lifting added to my routine.

The reason was my coach preffered to keep hamering technique and weaknesses. Now that my weaknesses are not such risk hazard and my technique is starting to look very good, we can begin turning our attention on adding more muscular mass and actually getting stronger instead of utilising the natural strength I always had.

Training is getting exciting now, weights feel heavy instead of a technical struggle... its hard to explain but I go for a big jerk, and everything goes right, but it feels crushing.

I love this sport.
