Is the bench raw or with shirt, no I am not ready now but trying for something like that someday have benched 500 at 165 shirted in gym 455 in contest maybe I can get close to that next year.

noticed Ken Anderson I am using single ply shirt from Ken great shirt almost as good as double which I was training for usapl nats but may just go to double ply katana(with single ply did not seem to have a problem with 455 off 1 board, 475 off 2) and train for meet that allows 2-ply how do you like the titans.
