Can you guys give me your opinions on this... I will not bore you will all the details of what i ate today but he is my calorie intake.. I am 5 ft 6 and weigh 200lbs ... i have been working out for months but i dont stick to a good diet... I dont drink alcohol or smoke.. its time to get serious about this... he is my numbers.
total calorie 2240
protein 183
carbs 231
fat 51
i worked my chest today and my triceps.. 3 exercises per bodypart. 3 sets per bodypart raging from 8 to 12 reps...
i workout in the morning. i work from 2 30 til 11 pm..
my supplements include
4 hydroxycut tablets.
1 centrum multi vitamin
1 500gram glutamine
5 gram creatine
the glutamine and creatine were after my workout...
please help me out..thanks
