Reverse Squat/Pulldowns were one of his Big lifts.
-Got myself some PRs, i think i did myself a favour not switching my Max Effort lift every week, and instead changing it every 3 weeks.

- Nearly **** my pants doing the Romanian Deadlifts, finished set and ran for the toilet.
- Crossover Shrugs seem like they are real good for Bench. When you do it right the shoulders retract and the chest goes up.
- My Archnemisis was at the Gym today, skinny little weasel had a Journal and was writing everything down. This skinny puke had journals 18 years ago at the same Gym, and I would bet the numbers ain't much different in 2010 as they were in 1992. Guy keeps staring at me because unlike him I had the Passion and Heart to actually ADD WEIGHT to the fu**kin' bar once in awhile. And I wasnt afraid to use my Wrist straps on my fork and actually Eat some Meat.
