Last Saturday and Sunday both i ate between 10-15(total between20-30 pounds in 2 days) pounds of Sushi. Sunday Night i could not sleep. Stomach Pain.
Monday morning i go to hospital thinking appendix, Stupid Doctors told me it was Diabetes. Spent 6 days in the Hospital feeling completely normal. Gotta watch my diet now, and lose some weight. Give up all the bad things i ate.
Going to Start doing more GPP and maybe some cardio. But more than like just Daily workouts with added conditioning work.

Personal life took a turn for the weird, moved out of town. Joined a stupid Gym when my head wasnt right. The damn Thing Doesnt even have a power rack. Took a full week without lifting, feels like crap.
Last night did some Inclines up to 225, some pulldowns and Machine Rows, then walked out disgusted at the douches doing so so many curls.

Ouch! Sorry to hear that man. Your new "gym" sounds an awful alot like the one I used to go to. Nothing but Burnt-out E-Z curl bars everywhere........sad really.
