Calves, I think I got some lucky genetics from my dad his calves are huge and hes not that big of a guy.

I want to gain 8 more lbs. Yes I know so slim but I like to be cut for the summer. Winter time I'll be stuffin my face. I just wonder how I'd look all cut at 180.

I like my facial hair. Its usually trimmed and shorter but I worked overtime this week and don't give a ***** what I look like at a steel factory.

I have no desire to be that big. I want to stay aesthetic. I love sports other than just weightlifting. At 200lbs I would not be as quick, shorter vertical, and overall less athletic.

Legendary huh? So the guy sitting at 230 lbs, 18% bf is a man, yet the guy at 190, 6% bf is a woman? Very legendary indeed. :rolleyes:

To the OP, your nice and lean but you need to focus on eating more. I'd say do a nice clean bulk and really hit the legs and back hard.

My plans for now is to gain around 8 lbs. Then when cold season hits BULK.

Lol, you say that as if a person has to limit themselves to one genre of music. I listen from classical to metal. I also have a Pink floyd poster in my room lol.

Next time I'll take photos with that poster behind me.

Well you obviously know your goals. The real question is where do you want the upcoming weight gain to go? Can't really see your chest in any of those pictures... but your legs and back could use some meat... in that order.

I really just want to gain all over. I just felt stronger and looked better at 170.

My chest is small. However, Bench is one of my most impressive lifts. Recently I've added flies to my workout to get my chest size up. I've been up to 185lbs and my chest was still small. After doing flies for about 3 weeks I think I can see a slight difference. I'm going to give it a few months before I make a call on them making a difference or not.

from dropping to 162 from 175 I really didnt lost a lot of strength. So it got me to thinking to the potential I have and what I could be in the future at around 180-190. Just going to take a few years of solid dedication.

Today I made the "amazing Protein bar" 1000 calories a bar. So theres a lil something to help me gain some weight.

Looking good, I'm the type who would rather be super cut then super big (a minority on these boards) but although your arms, and abs look pretty good I'd suggest bulking at least a bit. I like your goal of 8lbs, sounds good.

OT a little: You look like Ryan Gosling, look him up might be your long lost something..

haha looks good, also for my bulk i drink like 3 protein shakes a day, 56g of protein and like 500 calories. I buy the chocolate flavor and add some chocolate syrup to it for the extra calories and it tastes like a frappe :)

this is not necessarily true. with the proper training improvements could easily occur. and as far as aesthetics go 5'10' 200lbs and lean is aesthetically pleasing to many.

otherwise lookin good... nice quads
