I'm a 214 lb 18 year old male. I am looking for my first diet plan. I'm not looking to bulk up, I'm looking to slim down. I lift on average 4 times a week, usualy a little over an hour of lifting, and at least 30 minutes of cardio. It seems no matter how much exercise I do I still can't lose my gut.

I think my biggest problem is my diet, and not really being too sure of what I should eat, another problem I have is that I am up at 4am on M-W-F for an internship so I get more hungry on those days because I am up longer

What I am looking for is a diet plan that will help me slim down, idealy I would like to get to 200 lbs

You figured out your own problem... it's your diet. Use a website like fitday or thedailyplate and track your calories to find out how much it takes to maintain your weight. Once you find that magic number then subtract accordingly depending on how fast you wish to lose.
