heres a jist of my diet plzzz help me

usaully have 5 meals a day the size of my fist with sdes

try to get a gallon a water a day, have water with every meal

12pm-
ceral
banna
protien shke
creatin

1230pm-2
workout

some fruit
protien shake
sanwhich

4/5/6 pm

salad
vegies


7/8/9
meat
fruit
rice/potato
bred


11/12
stick or two of celleri with peanut butter
frozen food (junk food)
stick or two of brocelli


2/3 am bed
prtien shake

What are your goals?

You need more protein from food.You cant rely on just shakes all day.Eggs,chix,tuna,lean beef.

I agree with Mike, throw in a bit more meat. Tunafish especially, is cheap and handy. But your food choices seem ok, there just don't seem to be enough calorie dense foods. Add more peanut butter, whole milk and oats (or another good carb source, beans, lentils etc).

Without giving amounts of each food or a total calorie count and the purpose of this diet, there's no way to tell if this is good or not. Do you REALLY not know how to spell "bread?" Put a little effort into it.

The calories seem somewhat lacking.
