View Full Version : Testing the waters tonight
07-22-2008, 11:13 AM
Today I will be testing the waters with some floor presses. I have been doing a lot to treat my bicep and shoulder injuries (stim, ultrasound, and massage therapy), and I think I might be good enough to some ultra light weight today. I am going to just work up to about 315, might even stop before then if I feel anymore pain. I will post back up tonight or tomorrow morning with how the workout went. After I am back to being pain free I will start posting a journal and vids in the appropriate sections.

workout went well, got 315 really easy for a couple sets of 5 on floor presses. Found that a wider grip hurts a bit less. Going to take it VERY easy for the next couple of weeks and do a better job of taking both servings of ETS every day.

Did you move to La Porte? I use to go there all the time for paintball tourneys. We played at Sheerwood Forrest north of town there. Use to be a fun field to play at, we just went past there 2 weeks ago on our way to Chicago was surprised to see it still running.
