im going to be starting my 12-14 week training cycle for wolfes bench meet. right now im at 192, and im going to compete at 181. what do you have to help me gain massive strenght and slim down at the same time? wolfe is my workout partner so that will give you a idea of our program.... would like to be 178ish, dont want to starve down and loose strenght.. like halbert says KISS<keep it simple stupid> this would be best for me. thanks for your help....

I'm not Chris but wanting to lose weight and gain strength really sounds like a candidate for Results man. You will have to adjust your diet to get down the weight.

bah you will be in the light weight class, same as me then, i will sabotage you and feed you doughnuts every time i come down.

how much cardio can i do befor i start losing strenght? i hope oyur right travis on the results issue.:hello: and smokinhalwk, wolfe and i are going to train you to lose!! haha.

low intensity cardio is going to be your best bet

HIIT would work for what you want/need.

HIIT may take too much of his energy reserves at this point.

Honestly man you can cut that much in water if you have a 24 hour weigh in.

its a 12-14 hour weigh in right.
and yes 11 pounds doesnt seem to hard to loose for water weight, id waterload, then dry out and probably try to sweat the extra 3-4pounds out.

i can talk to you on how I lost 10 lbs and put it back on next saturday i come up went from 175 to 165

If your budget is tight just use Nitor. If not, give our Fat Loss Stack a run.
