I searched and diddnt find anything that really worked for me. I have a tds mega bench and a bowflex ( I know I know but its great for some stuff) and Im trying to get a good calf workout. so far I came up with putting a kitchen chair on the end of the leg atatchment to do sitting calf raises but Im looking for more.
maybe I could incorporate them into my squatting as well and do them standing.
Thanks. Dan

may be a bit daft but if you are at home can you not pick something up, like your bed and do standing calf raises?/

I have dumbells and use them but sometimes i just strap things to my arms and pump away! Look a bit daft but it works!

Grab some milk jugs with handles, attach some cinder blocks to them, and put a car tire around your neck. That should be enough weight to get a decent calf workout.

Also, piggy back your mom, dad, sister, dog, friend...etc. and do calf raises with them on your back.

 Exactly what I was thinking....oh ya, and the gaining some weight. It REALLY works the calves and ankles.
