I could eat italian everyday three times a day. its just that good. here is an easy recipe for chicken parm.

ingredients:
chicken breast
flour
egg
bread crumbs
pasta
tomato sauce (1 cup)
slices of provolone
fresh herbs
olive oil

first get your water for the pasta in a cover pot and put it on the stove on high. while that is heating to a boil get your chicken going.

Take a chicken breast, put it on a cutting board and pound it out with a FLAT meat tenderized. don't use a spikey one, nothing will be left of the chicken

beat an egg, and get a plate with a bit of flour on it. put a frying pan to med-high and get your broiler going. at this point your water is probably boiling and you can throw in the pasta. you have 12ish minutes to get the rest done so don't **** up.

dredge the chicken in the flour, dunk in the beaten egg. dump the extra flour into the trash/sink and put some bread crumbs on the plate. redredge the chicken in the bread crumbs. now its breaded and ready for the frying pan. since the chicken is pounded flat and thin the chicken is done when the outside looks MF'n delicious.

While the chicken is cooking heat up a cup of tomato sauce. don't f up with the sauce. either make your own or buy a legit local brand. look at the ingredients, if it has soybean oil and corn syrup its dog shet. it sucks. if you buy those ragu prego crap and actually think it tastes good don't even bother cooking because you don't know dik about food.

anyway... at this point you hopefully have a cooked piece of chicken, hot tomato sauce and al dente pasta done at the same time (getting this done at the same time is the trickiest part). now pour probably 3/4 of the sauce on the pasta, throw on the chicken, pour on the last 1/4 of the sauce, throw on half your herbs then cover with slices of provolone (smoked is the shet for this, but its kind of expensive) then throw under the broiler. after the cheese bubbles and gets some brown spots its ready. finish with the rest of your herbs.

final step: MANGA
