This is a meal I've eaten regularly since I was a child.Easy to make,cheap,and tons of protein and carbs.
1 lb of ground meat
1 lb of elbow macaroni
1 yellow onion
2 cans of beef gravy
-Chop and saute onion,add uncooked ground meat
-Brown ground meat,drain fat
-put onion/ground meat mix back in pan and add 2 cans of gravy.simmer low for about 10 min
-Boil macaroni until tender,drain.
-Add macaroni back into pot.Add beef/onion/gravy mix.
-thoroughly mix and serve in a bowl.Eat with large spoon.salt and pepper to taste
