Any of you guys use these?

Im not terribly sure why but these annihilate my upper back, much more so than many other upper back movements I do (Face Pulls, Kroc Rows, Chest Supported, etc.) I typically SS them with eiher DB cleans or 45lb. plate raise

I used to do the "Lying cuban press" that I saw at MensHealth.com. It gave me a wicked trap pump, but I can't say if it caused hypertrophy or not. I should try those again, I haven't in a couple years.

I do these seated with dumbells, except I don't finish with a press, maybe I will now. They hit the shoulders and upper in a different fashion.

I think those will annihilate my rotator cuffs. I'll give them a try next week though with light weight.

I do them with light weights for my rotator cuff. I may start adding some weight, though :)
