I have seen him pull, brute strength and seemed like a super nice guy as well, and is obviously sorely missed. I took a look at his DL routine in PL USA and it really makes alot of sense. If you havent seen it give it a serioius read.

Bruce had tons of strength. He trained me for a little while, good guy.

can you give the basics to his deadlift program? I cant find plUSA anywhere around here. Bruce had some interesting methods.

I don't have a great scanner. The basis of the modified routine is pulling twice weekly, a 4 week rotation of 60-66 percent for 8x2 for speed day, then recycle. On Max effort day it was suggested to do reverse blue bands one week, then reverse greens, then max single against the greens, then a floor pull of 90 percent or better, then recycle after that 4 week span.
