I am starting to work out again and was wondering if there is a good diet I should use. I know all about required protein intake, eat vegetables, fruit, etc. etc.
I am just wondering what protein sources are good. I try to avoid beef but right now, I eat mostly tuna as my main protein source. Any suggestions?
Also, I eat yogurt but can someone recommend a yogurt brand without sugar? Should I buy a generic, plain brand and then just add fruit?
I also want to know about supplements or what to drink but I guess I should ask about supplements in the related section? I drink a lot of water but is there anything else I should add for liquids?
Is it okay to drink orange juice?
