Gatorade and Powerade do not seem to work for me. I still have a big problem with muscle cramps days after a workout. I drink plenty of water so figure must be having problems with electrolytes. Any suggestions?

could be Potassium defficiency. Try eating a bannana or two a day

Also try Taurine.. you can buy it as a supplement or drink it in Monster and other energy drinks..

You could also try increased sodium and magnesium...
