Hello,
I have been using calorie-count.com for the past 2 years. I see most people on here use fitday. I signed up for an account but noticed a lot of the specific foods (E.A.S. protein, some yogurts, etc;) are not available on fitday. Has anyone used both of these sites, and can name some specific advantages of either?
Thanks in advance.
