Good job, but I don't see 235 going up after seeing the lockout of 225. More power to you if you can do it though :)

im 5'8, ill have a lift off when i go for 235. i got 235 a few weeks ago but was a closer grip+lift off...

i wanna get it with pinkies on rings

im switching back to my split on monday cause bill starrs didnt do anything for me. last time i benched was last monday...

Ahh, I see. Form looked pretty solid. But yeah, based on your lockout, I don't know about 235. Maybe attempt 230. One step at a time. And I also don't know about maxing out this often..

Good job with the 225.

Unless you were eating while doing Starr's routine, it probably wouldn't help. At 138, you have a world of potential left in the bodyweight department.

Unless you're just trying to stay at 138..

i eat as much healthy **** as i can. atleast over 3k a day. im not going past that because its ridiculous...

reason im going back to the split is because thats how i got to 235 originally. but since i didnt have gym access i had to switch to starrs 5x5...

thats what i dont like about powerlifting, you need to gain weight for strength. as a "bodybuilder," i can gain strength and size while gaining LBM.

correct me if im wrong.

damn man, get a spotter or lower the weight. No point in maxing out like that w.o a spotter. What is ridiculous about getting over 3000kcals?

gonna try a gym for 2 weeks and see how it goes. prolly get a job there when im 16. (new york sports club)
