Let me tell you about the compliment that the manager of a health food store paid me. I used to train 3 years ago but I had to stop for reasons out of my control. But now I'm eating 5-6 meals a day, training hard, and taking proper supplements, multi vitamins, and of course resting. Anyways the compliment was that he thought that I looked like I was 175 lbs and I am only 142-143 lbs. Hearing that made me feel so great that I just had to share it

This got me to thinking, perhaps it would serve me well to try complimenting some of my customers that I see. Mind you I often will say things such as " I can really see your face slimming out", " you are looking very fit today" etc
I hope that the people take my compliments to heart and that it gives them the same feeling that started this thread.
As for my best compliment, too many to recall...... :p
hahahah j/k
To me, ANY compliment is appreciated.

I saw this bloke down the gym the other day, that i had not seen in over a year and he said "Your huge now"
But being shorter than anyone else at my gym people who have never seen me lift b4, are seriously amazed at the weight i lift , and these guys don't come anywhere near close:)

Had a couple of guys comment on how much weight I was using on the leg press (185k) didn't have the heart to tell them I was repping out after squats :-)
Another commented on the size of my calves 18"
It does give you a good feeling though makes it all feel worthwhile. It usually takes someone who hasn't seen you for a while to notice the changes as they are so gradual you don't see them yourself.
