No ****ing idea. The last time I deadlifted that was my 1rm.... 4 months later I pulled it for 8 weighing 25 pounds less.

Dude i cannot believe how good/big/huge you are and only 16!! OMG!

Keep it up you will definately be a big name in weightlifting, you would win every comp over here in the UK!! I work with BWLA (http://www.bwla.co.uk/index.php) and if you look at the results page yu will see UK guys lifting, as long as you have done it clean my god you are on your way to a champ!!!
