8-1-08 Max Effort Workout
I did a 675 pound 3-Board Reverse Band Bench press. The most weight I ever trained with was 635. I'm pretty excited about this pr. Hopefully, this will help increase my lift on the platform overtime. I'll post the video sometime this month.
