I'm 16, I weigh 155 pounds. How much weight would I have to be putting up in order to compete? I don't really have any aspirations to compete in powerlifting, but if I wanted to how much would I have to bench/squat/deadlift in order to be competitive?

you'd be surprised

i think in highschool a 300/400/500 range for bench/squat/deadlift is very competitive and respectable

In the state of Washington, a 1200 total would have placed second in this years state championships at 165, 181, 198 and the unlimited class. It would have been good enough for fourth at 220 and would have won the 242 class. The listing doesn't account for anyone who dq'd.
