guys,
been training for neerly 4 years....was round 130, now 200.....

last year i did my first bulk and got to 200, then wen i cut i lost 10kg and got down to roughly 175...

i am now bulking again but have reached the 200 pound mark but am not eating the amount of carbs i was last year, but more protein.....

do u think i need to eat more carbs to gain the weight, or will eating a healthy diet with a good balance be enough?

for example during work hours i was eatin last bulk 350-400 carbs a day, i went on carbs...and about 40 protein, now im eating about 110 protein and 240 carbs, just its alot cleaner food and im not force feeding myself....

i wont to keep gaining weight coz i dont wont 200 pounds to be my platue

I wont u 2 lrn to spell.

But seriously, you need carbs, proteins and fats to gain weight. There is no reason to stop at 200 if you don't want to. Just keep eating. Its all about total calories anyway, not just how much protein you eat, though it is good to get a lot of it no doubt.

You were only eating 40g of protein? And now only 110? You need to get atleast 1g of protein per pound of food.

last year i was getting around 40 grams of protein during work hours.....8 hours...but this year i eat more, just its almost impossible to no the calories when u eat salad and veggies coz it doesnt have it on the packets.....but i wont to gain another 22 pounds, that way im 100kg......just what im eating know is enough and dont no if u really have to force fead more then i already am....also the grocery bill lol

i ment like salad with mince or chicken wraps....u still wont to be healhty....see alot of people who bulk say they gain say 5 pounds, but how much of that do u think is just in ur body....coz i found last year wen i bulked i lost like 10 pounds within a few weeks , and u see people the same build as u but worst body who may even weigh more or the same

also wen u look at alot of people when they bulk they look fat, but if u look at the pros when they bulk, they still look good, they still have abs and not a gut

plenty of calories, but no LOL not many carbs, hence why pasta was recommended

I agree with the above comments about salad on a bulk. LOL salads have no place on a bulk. thats what cutting if for

well realistically why even eat salad, coz it doest even fill u up.....and y eat just for the sake of eating... can any one explain how to not have a gut while bulking...coz it looks crap when ur all muscly but have a pot belly
