It's no Bako shake, but here it is:

400mL Milk -- 250cals, 10g protein
1 Banana - 100cal
90g Peanutbutter(3 Huge Tbspoons) --- 400cal, 18g
1 cup ice cream - ----360cals
100g Cytogainer --- 420cals, 35g

1530cals, 63g protein

It tastes like dessert.

Split up into four meals, 350cals each plus 2000cals worth of food. Think I'll gain some weight? I'm 140lbs now, 5'10", been lifting for a couple years, no size gains, only strength. I don't even care about fat anymore, I just want to weigh more.

At your age and with the lack of progression in size I have to ask what's your training look like?

I've read alot that diet determines size, that's why I believe I haven't gained any weight. I mostly lifted on and off, but I'm starting consistently now.

My routine:
Day 1
Bench 5x5
Flys 2x12
Closegrip 3x12
Standing BB Press 5x5
Dips 3x6-8

Day 2
Squats 5x5
Lunges 3x12

Day 3
Some kind of cardio

Day 4
Pullups 3x12
Bent Over BB Rows 4x6
One arm DB Rows 3x12
Bicep Curls 1x15
Standing Front DB Raises 3 x 12
Standing Lateral DB Raises 3 x 12
Bent over Backward Flies 2x12

Day 5
Deadlifts 8x3 (I like low reps, keeps my form good)
Shrugs - 1xfailure
Upright Rows 3x12
