Disregard the cursing...

I have been working on my sumo, but we did a couple of brutal leg extension and squatting supersets prior to doing deads, so I decided to do something without quads being involved by necessity.

545 lbs - 4 45s and a 25 per side

Who knows, lol? Man, I work so many hours I can barely find enough time to train 3x per week. I don't know when I would find the time, but I want to.

"Come on" and "F..k" To highly technical powerlifting terms and you used them both in the same set. Great work though.

Thanks guys!

Yeah, the back is still messed up with some pain and a bit of nerve impingement on the right leg, but my strength is pretty good.

That looked real strong Chris,Do you mind me asking did you hurt your back doing deadlifts? If so be careful maybe wear a belt even on light stuff if it hurts.Oh also why do you take the weight out from almost waist height is that just your style of training i was just wondering either way good work on the sets.

I deadlift that way too when I don't have a loader. Otherwise its a royal pain to get the bar off the ground enough to load the plates

I have been using a belt with the sumos as I am trying to relearn them, but it doesn't seem to help the injury.

I seem to like to take the weight from the rack when I do stiffs. When I do regular deads it is always from the floor for full ROM movements.

Yep. We had some custom made for a few lifters and I snagged a couple. Maybe we will get some in stock.

Just for the stiffs. I never use them for standard deads and have gone to a mixed grip as of late.

Wearing straps is like having sex with a fat chick, lots of fun, but you don't want your friends to see you. Seriously, very strong Chris. Nice work.

They are just razzing me.

They know I can hook grip more than is on that bar. I just like to use straps for my stiffs for some reason.
