Im new to the forum and I look foward to tons of advice..I have read a lot on here where guys look for gains and losses on the scales!! Dont do it!!! Go by the mirror!!! and how you feel and look.. If your getting ripped up and not losing and weight dont worry it can be a lot of facotors involved..I have an uncle who is a proffesional in the weight scale manufactor buisness( funny I know but he is well off) and he has showed me reports where the average home bought bathroom scale is only about 85% accurate and gym scales are only 90 t0 93% accurate..only the high dollarmedical scales like some hospitals or loading and shipping comapanies are 99 t0 100 right...sorry to blab but I say go with your looks in the mirror..manily in the morning when your nice and tight to see your results!1 just my 2 cents..anyone agree!!????
