Heres some pics of me, i come out a lot darker and hairier then i really am :-S i also noticed for the first time how bad my gyno is! But hopefully im getting two things done, laser treatment to thin my hairyness out and surgery for the gyno! Anyway strong critique and advice wanted!

6'2 - 195lbs

Bench - 200
DL - 340
Squat - 220

Legs are non existent at current so no point in pics but soon!

Questions:

Also anyone had gyno surgery!!??? care to share. and why do i have soo many stretch marks considering im not big at all... Do i continue my clean bulk?

Your pics are far away, but I dont really see any gyno? And you are not even that hairy? I say forget about all of that and continue to clean bulk.

Hi..I had gyno surgery back in 1983...glad I did..you don't look like you really need it though..
I still have the scars that sometimes show up in fotos sometimes not.Over the years I've contemplated getting them removed but.....so expensive..Kudos to you for being so open about it..good luck

If you look at the first link i posted in my 2nd post, you can see the gyno... its a 5 on the gyno scale but its horrid for me! like when im cold they sort themselves out and my body looks much much better! so im going to have a consultation done back home in pakistan! It should cost me about 700-900$ all in all! Maybe less. I should only have two small scars on my aerola and considering i have very dark ones anyway being asian they shouldnt show up too bad? and i will need minimal lipo just to shape the chest...

Anyway more about whats lagging and any strengths??

I'm still not convinced that's gyno. Get to 8-10% body fat, and then you'll know if its really gyno or just excess fat.

um okay maybe the pics dont show it aswel as i thought, im sure it is cos i can feel a lump and my BF has never been high for me to develop it at 12? I used to be very skinny if anything. I guess well know when i see the doctor... but it sticks out like mad even through a jumper sometimes

Having puffy nipples and having gyno are two completely different things. There was a thread about this over at BeyondLowCarb

Apparently there's nothing you can do to get rid of puffy nipples caused by bulking and weightlifting.

lol, i clicked on this because i was waiting to see something freaky. I am disappointed, you are not a freak at all (thats a good thing), and i don't think you have gyno. I'm no expert, but it doesnt look like it to me. And plus, you look fine. Don't stress it man, looks like you have a solid, and lean base. so thats also a good thing. Keep up the lifting.

lol the tittle was a bit of a joke! serious guys i dont have like kinda puffy nipples, they are non symetrical and there is a very distinct lump behind them. I've had it since i hit puberty and its highly noticeable even in the gym today while doing some curls at the end of a leggie workout u could see them so clearly, my gf was near by and i didnt like it so i stopped doing them and i said i was done... :-( it suuucks

Hey man,
Try getting some moisturiser for the stretch marks. You can get stuff with vitamin E + cocoa butter that is meant for pregnant women. It's best applied regularly and soon after you see stretch marks appearing. In my experience it won't do much for old ones but it will make new ones fade much more quickly.

Also, I would keep cutting, get down to 10% body fat and see how your gyno is now. From the pics you are probably right that you do have gyno, but excess body fat really doesn't help. You might even find that when you're lean enough to see a full 6 pack, the fat on your chest will be reduced to a point where it doesn't bother you. Bulking will only make it worse and harder to tell what is *real* gyno and what is simply chest fat.

As for puffy nipples... there are lots of reasons for this, some sort of anti-estrogen might help. One that I have used before it AIFM (found at https://www.theafstore.com/home.php) which did the trick for me.
