I hit 635 like it was butter and 675 pretty easily as well. I feel pretty confident that I could open with 675 but it kinda goes against the grain to open with something I've never benched in a meet before. Even the 635 will be a 5lb meet PR but I could probably double 635 so I'm not worried about it.

a HUGE thanks goes out to Vincent Dizenzo for being my internet coach for this meet. Whatever I bench at the ProAm is really due to him because without his critique's on my form I'd have been much worse off. Fortunatly I'll be back at Westside in short time so I'll have Lou to get on my case again.

I'm so pumped for this meet. I have that invincibly strong feeling again and I'm ready to drop the hammer.

I'll also add a big thanks to Chris and Daniel because without their help I'd not have met my goal of keeping my weight at 255lbs this summer.

Also, I like your idea of opening light. Whenever I don't do that I bomb. Set yourself up for success. You'll have two lifts after that to put the hammer down.

Very impressive man, that looked light.

I always thought you were bigger than 255. I mean that in a good way, because you move some big weight around as if you were much heavier.

Good luck.
