Im a reciever for my freshman football team this year and im looking for a good routine to gain strength and explosiveness. Im currently 5,7' and 135lbs. I bench max 150 and run the 40 yard in 5.2
Ive been working out for 3 months doing bench,squat,and deadlift for my main lifts with other workouts such as curl,skull crusher, and leg extensions.
