my short term goals are (by the end of September)

My long term goals are (this time next year)

Squat i need to sit back a little more and spread those knees and keep my elbows under the bar and my chest up.
Deadlift Im not sure what happened. I came up extremly fast. I would have gotten the lift if my chest didnt lock up

Today i was tired and my shoulders hurt coming into the workout because last night someone bet me i couldnt do 60 pushups so i did

Vacation was nice and relaxing. I am super excited to get back to the gym on monday.

I got my briefs in the mail today size 42 metal pro briefs. I wanted the ace pro but i feel like these will give me plenty of support. Getting them on was a bitch

yesterday I had to move a 8o gallon sal****er fish tank and everything in it. Then i played a lot of ultimate frisbee

Felt really good the 335 was close almost grinded it out I want to hit it next year I need to work on about 2 board im fast off the chest and have an amazing lockout I need to work on the transation between them

today I felt ****ty. Was unmotivated to go to the gym. Had a late night didnt sleep much. But i went anyways was tired and felt like **** the whole time, but I still manged to put up some nice numbers

i was tired and felt crappy all day. I slept all day woke up to eat once. Woke up at 5:00 pm went to the gym at 6:30 was still very tired. Didnt know how it was going to go

Pretty good day in the gym today. Tuesday I got a massage and it was amazing. Did my upper body with a concentration on the shoulders.
