In before a million "you're hot/drool" replies.
You look quite good. You could stand to add some muscle to those legs though! Good luck.

Looking good, but damn are you sure that you're 140 lbs? When I saw that you were 5'0'' 140 lbs I thought you would be QUITE large. Good on ya, strong girls ftw.
Looking forward to the progress pictures. You look great to start with, and good luck to you.

these have to be older pics (which is fine). you're only about 115 at that height, in those pics...certainly not 140.

mrelwooddowd - Yes they are a couple months old but I have not changed that much over the months. At most I'm 5lbs heavier than in the pics. I take after my father, short and stocky. Maybe I am starting out with more muscle than it appears.
Builderbabe - Thanks for the warm welcome.
I will try and get my diet and routine and new pics up soon. I appreciate all the feedback :):indian:

Excellent proportions! You should look awesome once you tighten up some. You have an excellent base to start with that's for sure.

lol...didn't mean to sound like I was calling you out or anything. I stand corrected. Those are either REALLY great angles, or you hold that weight tremendously well, though.

thanks to all of you for your comments! My specific goals are to get on a routine that i can stick with. I am lifting four days a week with my husband and changing my diet dramatically. I am a major carb lover and eat little protein so i have started by eating alot more protein and way less carbs. i would like to build my metabolism up and tone. I would like to become stronger and healthier all around and i have always hated running, so my husband suggested i started lifting with him and so far i am loving it!
thoughtshewas18- the pictures were taken in st thomas.

Good luck with your goals. You found a great place to come for advice on training/nutrition.
Those words in the bold text should cut down on some of the responses from the locals pervs, lol. :tuttut:

Haha, yes I would have to agree ... of course I'm not at all biased :evillaugh:
