View Full Version : Work out advice desperately needed

I've been working out on and off now for the past four years. I did become quite toned for a while but now slacked off a bit. The problem is, I can't seem to put on weight. I'm 5'7, just over 10 stone (not sure what that is in pounds). Do u guys just start off like eating anything and everything cos the thought of just eating burgers every night just makes me wanna puke.

The other problem is that if I do eat something filling, it just seems to go to my face and make my face look fatter.

Any suggestions or tips on what I could do?

I'm currently living in Australia on a year out and am at a place with no gym. What do u suggest for exercise??? Man, I'm dying for that vein ini my arm!!!

where abouts in Australia u from? and how many meals a day do you eat? try and eat every 3hrs.. as for not having a gym.. try and substitute things.. i know a guy who used to use bricks for dumbells haha..

buy some weights. Start with the basic ones. Jog.....
