I love rice! It is by far my favorite carb. But i have a problem. It doesnt matter how i make it, Rice cooker, stove top (ive tried lid on and off) i try it all but nothing helps.
It always tastes great the day of, but leftovers suck! The rice gets hard when i put it in the fridge and it never tastes the same.
I dont have the opportunity to use a microwave at work so i cant reheat it but its always hard and tates terrible.
Does anyone have a secret to cooking rice so that it stays soft and sticky even when cold and out of the fridge??? What kind of rice do you use??
