Ok so am finding it hard to keep to the diet...its ok just larger on weekend that let me down i drink about 8 cans of fosters on friday,saturday and is this really bad for my diet? am sorry if it is a stupid question just a love my larger hehe

Yes, this is bad for your diet. However, is everything else in your diet and training spot on? What are your goals?

yes, what are your goals? No need to be SUPER strict, but instead allow yourself a little freedom which would prevent you from going overboard during other times. The best diet is one that you can maintain and it gets easier the more consistent you are.

Do you even need to ask?? Moderation is the key, meaning 1-2 beers per week. If you're really serious about it, cut out alcohol all together....
