Ok so basicly my diet sucks its my only downfall! am knda new to this...

can any1 post a basic day/week meal plan or any help would be greatfull.

Use www.fitday.com for a week to track your diet. Come back here and post your macronutrient breakdown (protein/carbs/fats) and ask for some advice.

Your question is huge and I doubt anyone is going to answer it for you. Check out the stickies at the top of this forum. There is a "best of" thread called "What a bodybuilder eats." There are good foods choices in there. And your diet is not your only downfall, your routine also needs considerable work.
