My first post here so hello everyone. I've been reading one here for some time and like the atmosphere. I have been training for a meet September 13th so I figured I would post up my workouts for this meet. I'm not really raw I use a valeo nylon belt and inzer knee wraps but that is it.

As far as training goes I double all my bands never choke. So when you see 1/2 sm that means double half over small bands. For my deadlift I use the real short iron woody bands. If anyone has any questions about my log here please feel free to ask. Thanks for reading.

TBDL = Trap bar deadlift. My rotator cuff work is always H Rolls which I have been doing since June. I have seen very good results as far as less pain and more stability in my shoulder joint since doing these.

I had 10 in me for 345 but on the 8th rep lost my groove, held it on my chest, then pressed it up.

Solid workout today. The 2 sets of mediums felt crazy! I will be doing 2 ME weeks in a row so that I will be on target to hit a band workout as my last workout before the meet on September 13th.

Today was a decent bench day. I'm thinking that I should be on track for 1800+ total wearing just a belt and knee wraps.

Reverse Band Bench(we use a ladder device which makes the bands go slack very quick when we do these)

585x 1 + medium bands

115x 1 paused + doubled large bands

Big workout today! That is a ton of tension and the 175 felt great.

Was very surprised with the 360x 7. Was hoping for 3-5. I will have to make a 20 pound jump next time.

Things keep getting better with each passing week! My best squat ever was 635x 1 and that was in November of 2007. Today I went up 50 pounds from my last free weight workout and hit the same number of reps. I'm going to start taping these workouts. I was shooting for 3-5 today and got 7. September 13th should be a good meet for me.

Don't like to do a lot of board benching, never liked it but had a good workout today none the less. I'm good for 420-430 bench at the meet.

Will not be doing the meet in the 13th. I'm having a good cycle but not peaking yet plus having some financial issues. I will continue to train and hopefully continue to hit some good numbers.

Tried 95 for ME bench and got planted. That has to be 600+ at the top easy.

Had a very tough time breaking the bar from the pins today on my top set. It was over 900 pounds in tension and was very tough.

For the deadlift we use the Iron woody short bands so they are like 1/2 the size of regular bands and we double them over as well.

This a PR over my best set of 5 by 100 pounds! The weight felt so light at the top after last weeks ME squat with all that band tension.

2 more weeks left in this cycle. I know I am good for 725/425/650 at this point wearing just a belt and wraps. I will start a new log for my next cycle. I was very surprised too with my raw squat having taken my last warm up with 655 wearing no knee wraps or belt and it was easy.

4 Board 315x MISS + doubled mediums

All PRs tonight. Went for 2 on both 2 and 3 board and came within an inch of locking them out. Got 315 moving off the 4 board and really strained against it but just couldn't lock it out.

Much better ME squat today. Killed my first rep and just missed my 2nd about 2/3 of the way up. It's a shame about the 700 deadlift as I only had about 3 inches left, just couldn't get my hips through(I pull very close stance conventional). Very happy with todays squatting!

Took off from benching this week. I'm at 435 paused right now and will just rest up for next cycle. Will hit some heavy squats tomorrow.
