i know we need essential fats daily, good sources like fish oil, nuts, etc.
but is milk fat a bad fat or a good one?

saturated is "bad", but considering its natural its just a little less bad. if you want to say it that way...
drink milk, you'll be perfectly fine

Dairy fat isn't necessarily bad for you, but if you are worried about it, you can always get skim, unless you are bulking.

Dairy fat is just fat that happens to come from a cow's udders. It's the same as fat from other natural sources (ie: not trans-fats). It is not bad for you.

Torrok saturated fat is not bad at all. It is an essential nutrient making it healthy. It's only bad when you have too much. Protein is an essential nutrient as well but eating 1500g a day would probably **** up something. We view saturated fat as bad because we eat so much of it and eat no poly/mono fats so of course problems would occur.

So now, it's not bad. Just make you your eating your polys/monos.
