Homemade plyo boxes and push-up bars...

I'm looking to build a plyo box and some of these bars for my home gym:

It looks like plywood and PVC, but I could be wrong.

Anyone have any plans/dimensions?

the bars are called parallettes. they are mainly used for L sits. its 1.5" pvc you need:

2 -5ft lengths
4 elbows
4 t's
8 caps.

cut into:
2 - 24" lenghts
8 - 5"
4 - 8"

then put together with clue. the 24" is the top the 8" is the rise and 5" are the legs with caps.
