This is the first time I have ever tried doing these. I suck off the floor so I think this will help. I did 205 for 3, really easy but I am not sure if I have the speed that I should be having. It seems I accelerate quite a bit after it comes off the floor. And the guy who took the video is an idiot... ruined half the video. I will try more weight for sure, this was easy to do but I think "easy to lift" is a lot more different than "easy to throw".
