Powerbar Gel

I have posted on here before in regards to some Powerbar products because i receive them at a discounted price. Does anyone have any information the Powerbar Gel? I am interested in trying some but don't want to waste my time if it is junk.

It's just sugar and salt. 4x more sodium? Unless your running a marathon no one needs that much sodium.

It's mainly used for endurance energy...running, cardio...or if you have not had any food hours before you exercise.
