I'm looking for a good way to top off my conditioning for the last ttwo weeks before football. I"ve mostly been playing basketball and doing conditioning stuff on a basketball team. I want to know what condiitong i can do in these last two weeks to make sure i can last through the fourth quarter.

Car pulls, uphill. That last 15 feet is brutal and makes you push the whole way through.

Yeah, car pulls are awesome.

Do some of the crossfit metcons too. Those will have great carry-over (much better than running or whatever).
