How many calories a day do I need to eat if I am 120 pounds?

I have been taking in around 2200 calories a day.

Also what are some good foods high in calories? No dairy or grains though.

Also what are some other meats that I could eat. I am starting to get tired of chicken and fish.

What's your beef with anything other than chicken or fish? Eat some steak.

Steak is expensive, especially the good stuff.

No offense but your post didn't really help me that much, thanks for the suggestion though.

Steak does not have to be expensive. Why not ground beef? That stuff is very cheap.

Why no grains? A peanutbutter sandwich is a great way to back on some pounds. 100% whole wheat bread is a great addition to any diet.

Eggs are also nice...

Milk, meat, eggs, fruits & veggies. Can't go wrong there.

How much do you want to weigh? What are you doing for a routine? How old are you? What is your food budget? Why are grains restricted in your diet?

Peanut butter, nuts, butter, bacon, pork, beef, buffalo, turkey, avocado, buffalo, mayo.

As for calories, only you can determine that. If you want to gain weight then eat enough to gain, if you want to lose eat enough to lose. Simple as that.
