Three days into freshman football camp.I am the second string z or wide out reciever. I am 5,7' 137lbs. I squat 175lbs, bench 155lbs, and deadlift 305lbs. I run the 40 yard in 5.1. And my current routine is as follows.

mon/fri
20 min jog
bench 2x10
squat 2x10
leg curls 2x10
leg extensions 2x10
leg press 2x10
curls 2x8
skull crushers 2x8
barbell rows 2X8
stiff legged deadlifts 2x10
lat pull downs 2x10
seated row 2x8

Wed
20 min jog
deadlift 2x10
box squat 2x10
leg press 2x10
leg curls 2x10
leg extensions 2x10
curls 2x10
tricep kickbacks 2x10
dumbell fly 2x10
lat pull downs 2x10
arnold press 2x10

Every day i workout i keep them all under an hour because ive been told this is a heavy work load. So far i dont show any signs of overtraining so i think im good. I do 4x25 of crunches, and 2 sets of 1min leg raises
