Its like method acting to the extreme. That guy is going to have serious health issues one of these days. Reading that piece was like reading a junkie's diary.

Wow. What an idiot. Lied to the doc at the end, doc knew it, and because he had no effing clue he just added to the bad rep the stuff already gets.

Dude doesn't know how to eat. 350 g of protein isn't too hard to consume. Just big slabs of meat, chicken, and 3 ample protein shakes should do the trick. Four 2.4 lb jugs of protein powder in a week? And he also plateaued because it seems his routine sucks.

Heck, i probably got most of my body weight in protein from lunch today...alone!
he got most of his protein from tuna (once 20tins in a day) also he was speaking like he was the hulk with 100lb dumbells...lol
