So the pictures on the left are taken on June 24th and the pictures on the right (and the extra two) were taken yesterday August 15th.
On June 24th I was:
5'10
182lbs
16years
One August 15th I am:
5'10.5
172lbs
16years
Some facts:
-I've been running HIIT pretty regularly since June 17th.(regular = 2-3x a week)
-Bought a dumbbell set and started using on July 8th..After this I stopped using a machine and light dumbbells and made a new regiment
-Since then I've progressed from 12lbs-->15lbs-->20lbs-->30lbs for Curls (just an example)
-Been taking Protein/Creatine post-workout on any day I workout whether it be HIIT or Weights
-Buying a barbell set from now until the end of the month and going to start Rippetoes

The pictures to be honest do very little justice to the progress in my arms. In real life they have grown in size, gotten to the point to where flexed you can't pinch anything and show quite a bit of definition on my forearms, biceps and triceps. So far I've lost 10lbs and people say my face and whole body as a whole has gotten slimmer. I've noticed my legs looking slimmer and my stomach going in a fair bit. I tend to keep cutting until I reach 165lbs OR whatever makes my stomach and lovehandles go away.
