Hey everyone,

Is there a huge difference when it comes to bodybuilding between the vitamins sold at supplement shops (animal pack) as opposed to the multivitamins sold at pharmacies (for eg, http://www.chemistdirect.co.uk/images/productimages/large/centrum_multivitamin_tabs_(30)_6633.jpg)

Ive started taking a multi and another, and I find they really help me maintain my energy levels throughout the day.

Look at the nutrition info on them. I know animal pak has something along the lines of multiple thousands of a percent of daily recommended intake. As far as how effective any of that is is beyond me. I don't know much about it, and even though I take the paks, I think that may be a little extreme.

GNC has a fairly decent one that I use, in a multi-pack format, I really like em.
