I have been using Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program and using the Boring But Big template with a few modifications. I am just trying to get respectable numbers to hopefully one day compete. I have been training for a little over 2 yrs now and it has been a blast.

Great squatting session. I consider this my primary squat day and the other is to keep the movement greased or whatever the kids say today. The squat PR is a rep PR for that weight. Band leg curls done to the outside hurts really bad. LINK OUT>

Thanks Darracq. I have seen some really nice gains. I managed to get 300x3 after doing 290x3. Also, I have gotten 440x2 on the deadlift. I had to take a break due to pains.

It appears that I have lost some strength. I was going to do 270x5 but it would have been a no go. It was nice to get 225x10. I have never done seated OH press so the 185x1 is a PR. Decent workout to get back started. I wanted to quit after the bench but "pressed" on. LINK OUT>

Great session last night. I wanted to get more pulling in so I did some sumo pulls. They were awkward at first but came around later on. 430x1 is my best on the sumo so I am not that far off. Great session all around. LINK OUT>

Really happy with this session. That is the most volume for me on the rear delt flyes. Happy with that. I wanted to get more pressing in and haven't done close grip in awhile. My previous best was 275x1. LINK OUT>

I am currently running Sheiko after coming off the 5/3/1
